This year has already flow by.

The new year has been quite busy for us Figueroa's. We had a great 2008 and are ready for and even better 2009. We are all growing and learning how to cope with all 5 of us being busy with school, work, sports, church, family and friends. Juan is on the down hill and almost ready to graduate. He isn't as busy and gets to be home with us a little more till April. I am busy working at the school and taking care of three home. The Kennedy's left for Arizona and I get the priviledge of watching there home and taking care of there mail and plants and etc.. My mom left for Virginia, December 29, to be with my sister Debi till she had her baby on January 8th, Ada Claire Bingham. Now my mom is in California helping my sister, Jody (She's due any day with her first baby girl). I am taking care of the plants, house keeping, and loving my dad and seeing him everyonce in awhile. He is busy with work, church and getting physically fit for the FBI academy. Michaela is our social butterfly and enjoys Junior high and fits great there. She has tons of friends but few close friends. Michaela loves young womens and loves going to church and the activities. Carson is busier than ever. He is in indoor soccer and just finished Hunters Education. He past and now can be a licensed hunter. He can't wait to go kill his first deer, bird, any animal. He is doing great in school and recieved straight "A's". no surprize. Carlos is doing awesome as you could see on my last post. He is now 6 years old and loving to learn to read. He is growing and very tall. He is 2 inches shorter than Carson and catching up pretty fast. He is a cheerful bug and always has that great smile on his face. He is such a charater. He is great company for me and a blast to have home for the short time he is home. He loves to play and be with friends like Michaela. As you can tell we are doing great and look forward to our Spring break to go to Caifornia to visit my sister and family. Just to catch you up on our new year 2009.

Juan Carlos was born January 28, 2003. We were so excited to have him in our family. Two boys, YAH!!! I could now get rid of all our baby girl stuff and we were now the family Juan and I had always wanted.

Juan Carlos was a very special gift sent to us by our Heavenly Father. He was leery of this world but with the help of his mother and grandma, He will return to live with Heavenly Father again.
"Carlos" loves to learn and can't get enough information or reading done in one day. He always has those questions that make you think and make you turn to your scriptures for proof and to ease his mind. One question he asked was..."Was Jesus a real person? Of course, I knew the answer but he always wants proof and so we read the scriptures and find the answer he finally likes.

School is easy for him and he loves to be at school. He loves friends and has that contagious smile that is hereditary in my family. We see all his teeth. I love his attitude for life and his love for all of us. We have sure been blessed to have Carlos in our family these past 6 years.
