Carson is an official teenager, AAHHHH!!!

Carson blowing out his birthday candles. He is officially 13. WOW!!!
Carson making a big wish. He hasn't had a party yet because he is so busy. Also, his sister and brother are just as busy and his mother is busy trying to keep up with all their sports, school and the house. I don't know how anyone with more than two kids does this, unless you miss a lot which I hate to miss anything.

Carlos in Soccer too!

Carlos and his team getting checked to make sure everyone is wearing shin guards.

Carlos in action. He decided to play soccer this year. Last year we had a break. Carlos played American football but this season he wanted to play again, so here we go.
Carlos focusing on this soccer ball and his team.
Carlos getting ready to receive the ball and running fast. He did get around this boy but don't ask me how. I blinked and he was running forward still.
Carlos playing goaley. He likes goaly but I'm not so for it.
Carlos dribbling the ball pretty well. This year they would not let him play up which he has done his whole life. He always plays with his best friend, Ben but this year they had new rules and so he is playing with his other best friend Kellen and also was just asked today to play up on a tournament team. He is going to do this but only because the coach asked for him because Carlos has went to other practices with his friend Ben and the coach thought he was good enough to play with them on their travel team.

Easter 2012

All three looking handsome and beautiful on Easter Sunday. Sporting their new Easter clothes. Who is the tallest?

Carlos looking like an official member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latler Day Saints.

Isn't this a missionary picture. I can already see it. Carson Jeremy Figueroa going on a mission and choosing to serve the Lord. Where? Somewhere they eat lots of beans. He hates beans and almost all Mexican food. He is a steak and mash potato kid.

Carson and his great personality. He is just a goober. But at least I can still give him hugs and kisses. He may not cooperate but I'm the mom and I deserve any hug or kiss when I want.

Yes, they match and Michaela was sure of that. She wanted to get pictures too. I have been really bad lately, actually the last 2 years. No family pictures and not singles. I better get on the ball. They are changing so fast.

Carlos being great and patient. Getting a picture and waiting his turn to have more taken. He too is growing but has slowed down. He isn't the shortest at school but he has slowed down his growing. I am grateful because I was feeling bad for Carson. But Carson was soon to start growing.

Isn't she gorgeous! I was a little busy this week, no I have been busy every day, but I made time and went Easter Shopping. I kept it low key this year and got Easter clothes and a little candy, except for Michaela. She got yogurt peanuts and Tigers bars.

They are looking so grown up. Notice how tall Carson is getting. He is about the same height as Michaela now. We are so excited he is growing. We hope he at least reached 5 foot 6 like Uncle Stuart. He only has about less than a foot to go.

Carson an his true self. He was being so cooperative. Can't you tell?

Posing for another great picture. I love how they are at least cooperating. We only took less than 20 minutes to take about 50 pictures. I had to go fast because they were hungry and wanted to relax and be away from each other. You know teenagers. Of course, Carlos always goes along for the ride. He is so easy going.

Aren't they all wonderful. They are all so close in size that they can all share shorts and shirts. The boys don't mind Michaela's softball shorts but the shirts are still a bit girly.

My silly kids. I was trying to see them in the sliding glass door and see them too. The lighting wasn't working for me. But a silly picture.

EASTER AT GRANDMAS AND GRANDPAS!!!

The Easter bunny even goes to Grandmas house too. He was even really nice here too.

Carlos was finding lots of eggs, especially on the side of the house.

Grandpa is the best hider of eggs. He hid them in the grass, under dirt, in BBQ, and other places you may not want to know about.

Look I found an eggs!

Carson being so cooperative. He is in the "Don't take my picture" stage. It's a bummer but I usually can say be good for 10 minutes and we will be done. It's worked every time so far. Also bribery works well too.

Michaela stopping to get a picture and enjoying the great Easter egg hunt put on my grandma and grandpa.

After the hunt and counting all their eggs. A fast pose and then in for dinner. It was a great day, even if the kids were moody.

SPANISH BRANCH EASTER PARTY!!!!

The kids all lined up ready to get all the eggs they could. This was ran well. All the littles were allowed to go first and then we worked our way up to the bigs so the littles could enjoy a fun time without getting trampled. Another fun Spanish branch activity. Grandma and Grandpa came and our back door neighbors, the Salces came with us too.

Michaela laughing at a little boy in our ward that is picking up eggs but as he walks the eggs fall out and then he picks them up again. He did this a few times but was so excited to get his 3 eggs back.

Carlos looking for eggs to help other little kids. I believe Carlos did get some eggs but he was just having fun watching littler kids with their search. I hate the kids growing up.

Carson just played soccer and enjoyed watching the young kids search for Easter eggs. As you can see it was very difficult to find the eggs. None of the kids wanted to get eggs, although you will see in the next post that they just must be shy and like no competition and a more relaxed atmosphere. I don't blame them, peace and quiet are wonderful, especially with you family.
