Carlos with the State PTA president and another board member. Carlos was excited and had no idea he was winning this. I kept it a secret for over a month. I don't even know if his PTA presidents at his school even knew. Fun for Carlos.
I don't know if they know either. They need to know. If they don't say anything after the local awards ceremony I will for sure at least tell his teacher. I am proud of Carlos. He is just a good kid who also happens to be very handsome and smart, too. Love, Mom
